2. The Sussex Exchange is an eco-friendly venue located on a ‘sustainable’ business park in  Hastings,  East Sussex. The venue acts as a business to business meeting point with conference rooms, a  restaurant, exhibition space and a  state of-the-art cinema. Bridget Baker Consulting assessed the likely market demand for these facilities.  The venue opened in 2012.
