2. Stockport Town Centre East Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) has been officially adopted by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. We are pleased to have been part of the advisory team with CBRE to assess the potential of the venue at the development of the “Stockroom”, a 135,000 sq. ft community space offering a library, historical archive & café bar . The space will host a year-round programme of events for residents and visitors.
