2. We were engaged to prepare a market demand and financial feasibility study for a 200 bedroom design led ‘Innside’ hotel on the site of the former Post & Echo building in the centre of Liverpool.  The hotel is  operated by Meliá Hotels International.  It offer 207 bedrooms, food & beverage outlets – including a destination rooftop restaurant & bar, meeting space and a fitness room.

      The hotel  opened in  September 2021.

      We are delighted that after a long development phase the  iconic Buxton Crescent hotel opened in October 2020.  With 81 bedrooms, 3 pools and a unique thermal spa with the famous Buxton waters, this is an important addition to the leisure offer in the UK.  The project received considerable grant funding. We are proud to have been involved in this landmark project.
