We were appointed to assess the future potential of hosting conferences and other events at Here East at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in in Stratford , East London. Here East offers more than 1.2m sq.ft of commercial and event space. This includes the 950 seat flat floor theatre, which was the press centre developed for the 2012 London Olympic Games and other large internal and outdoor lettable spaces. We undertook an extensive review of the London conference and events market, identified potential operating models and prepared estimates of revenue and expenditure for the events space under a range of scenarios.
