We provided strategic advice and assistance with budgeting to the owners of The Bingham in Richmond, London. The Bingham was voted the ‘Best Small Hotel’ and ‘Best Gastronomic Experience’ for its restaurant in the 2009 BT Visit London awards. The hotel was awarded a Michelin star in 2010.

We were commissioned to undertake a strategic review of the pricing structures at One Great George Street in Westminster, London. The venue is owned by the Institution of Civil Engineers and offers extensive conference and meeting facilities in the heart of London. Venue chosen as the 2012 Media Centre for the 2012 Olympics.
