2. A range of projects in Morocco including  market demand & financial feasibility studies for major new resorts in Marrakesh and Tangiers.  These schemes included hotels, convention centres, marinas. retail and golf courses and spas.

      Assessment of the historic performance and evaluation of the future performance  of the Grade 11 listed Lady Anne’s Hotel in the historic town of Stamford. The document were submitted as part of a lease review. The hotel is currently being upgraded to provide an upscale boutique hotel,  due to re-open as the William Cecil Hotel in the summer of 2011.
