The venue is owned by the Institution of Civil Engineers and offers extensive conference and meeting facilities in the heart of London. Venue chosen as the 2012 Media Centre for the 2012 Olympics.

      The Exchange is to be the focus of one of the sustainable linked business parks that are being developed in Hastings and Bexhill in East Sussex.
